About Your Visit

Your Arrival
The moment you enter Christie-Adam Salon & Spa, luxury awaits you. You will be greeted by one of our friendly, professional team members and invited to begin your journey to beauty. On your first visit, a complimentary hair and skin consultation is our gift to you. For spa services, robes, towels, spa slippers, spa products, and a personal locker are provided for you for most spa services.

Health Considerations
When calling to schedule an appointment, please inform the Reservation Specialist of any health issues you may have such as high blood pressure, allergies, other physical ailments or disabilities or if you are pregnant. This will enable us to assist you in selecting the most appropriate treatments and/or services.

Spa Suggestions
We advise you to dress comfortably for your visit. We suggest that you do not wear jewelry and valuables are left at home as we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. It is recommended during a spa treatment that you remove your street clothing, although undergarments may be worn if preferred.

Children
We wish to provide a calm and relaxing atmosphere for our clients who are receiving salon or spa services. This is your day to relax, rejuvenate, and energize. We kindly request that children not accompany you to your salon or spa visit unless they are scheduled for a service.

Cancellations
Should a cancellation of your reservation be necessary, we ask that you do so at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. For Spa Packages and Bridal Packages, we require cancellation be 48 hours in advance.

Gratuities
Gratuities are not included in our service prices. Based on industry guidelines, customary gratuities range between fifteen and twenty percent. We accept gratuity payment in the form of cash, check and credit/debit cards at the time of checkout.
